30-Day Return Period

From the date of delivery, you are entitled to 30 days to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Submitting a Return Request

To begin a return, please get in touch with us through our contact page and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. Should your request be accepted, we will share detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns made without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Complaints

Please examine your order upon arrival and notify us right away if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We will look into the matter and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain product categories are excluded from returns. These include: customized or made-to-order goods, items damaged due to improper handling, items missing their original packaging, and products marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method. Please be aware that the final crediting may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

The quickest path to receiving your preferred product is to first return the original item. Once the return is confirmed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping expenses. An exception applies when the return is necessitated by an error on our side — for example, in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped products.
