Order Handling Time

Incoming orders are handled within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the following approximate delivery times apply:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (when available)
  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days, depending on destination country and customs processing

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Shipping Fees

The applicable shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For selected orders or as part of special promotions, shipping may also be offered free of charge.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in either the product price or the shipping fee and are typically collected directly by the local courier upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package goes missing during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the matter together with the carrier.

Accuracy of Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for shipments sent to incorrect addresses due to errors made by the customer. If you spot a mistake, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update the address before dispatch.
